Peter Monk is the Chief Executive Officer of SVMK and a highly experienced logistics leader with a proven track record in building, scaling and transforming operations across the UK logistics and supply-chain sector. With more than a decade of senior experience spanning Sales Director, National Sales Manager and UK Sales Manager roles. Peter combines commercial leadership with deep operational insight, enabling him to create high-performing teams and innovative delivery solutions.
Throughout his career, Peter has led organisations through periods of rapid growth and operational change, specialising in time-critical logistics, white-glove delivery, hazardous goods, final-mile operations and nationwide haulage. His strong negotiation skills, hands-on understanding of service delivery, and ability to simplify complex operational structures have made him a trusted partner for both customers and internal teams.
Before founding and leading SVMK, Peter spent years directing sales and operational strategy across companies such as Simply Parcels, GBA Final Mile, Sharmar Logistics and Xtra Resource. As a consultant, he has built a reputation for creating scalable logistics frameworks, strengthening commercial performance and designing delivery processes that enhance both reliability and customer experience.

Jonathan Sullivan - COO
Jonathan is the Chief Operating Officer at SVMK, responsible for turning operational complexity into clarity, efficiency, and commercial impact. Although his career in logistics spans just under a year, his broader background across e-commerce and operational consulting has given him a distinctive edge: he specialises in building high-performing systems that connect customer experience, data insights, and supply-chain performance into one streamlined operation.
Before joining SVMK, he worked with a portfolio of well-known retail and D2C brands including Simba Sleep, The White Company, JD Sports and TM Lewin, where he was part of the team responsible for bringing the business out of administration. As a consultant, he has supported more than 15 ecommerce brands such as Itch Pet, Carbon Theory, Free Soul and The Modern Milkman, helping them optimise fulfilment processes, improve service metrics, and implement technology that scales.
He is also known for bridging the gap between commercial strategy and operational execution, bringing a calm, analytical approach to fast-moving environments. Whether working alongside brand founders, logistics partners or internal teams, he focuses on building scalable structures, transparent reporting frameworks and repeatable processes that enable sustainable growth. At SVMK, he plays a central role in shaping the operational blueprint of the business aligning people, systems and data so the company can continue to evolve, innovate and deliver exceptional service for every client.

Leonard Fraser - Director of Growth
Leonard Fraser is a serial entrepreneur and growth strategist with over 26 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming businesses across logistics, technology, sustainability, and digital services. He is driven by a clear purpose: to turn complex challenges into commercially viable, future-ready solutions.
As Co-Founder of D-carbN Analytics, Leonard is helping reshape how organisations understand and manage their environmental impact. The platform enables logistics and fleet operators to move beyond estimates and averages, delivering accurate, actionable emissions intelligence that supports smarter decisions, regulatory readiness, and long-term decarbonisation strategies.
He is also the Co-Founder of Graphic Surge, a digital growth studio supporting ambitious businesses with strategic branding, digital platforms, and performance-driven marketing—bridging creativity with commercial outcomes.
Previously, Leonard co-founded OTL Solutions (Deliverymates), which grew into the UK’s leading sustainable last-mile delivery operation, operating the country’s largest cargo-bike fleet. The business became a recognised benchmark for scalable, low-carbon logistics, proving that environmental responsibility and commercial performance can work hand in hand.

Danny Hopkins - Head Of Sales
Danny joined SVMK as Head of Sales, bringing a strong commercial background and a practical, people-focused approach. His career began in energy tele-sales, where he developed sharp communication skills and a deep understanding of customer needs.
He later expanded his expertise into logistics and operations, gaining first-hand insight into supply chain dynamics and the identification and execution of high-value business opportunities.
At SVMK, Danny leads sales strategy and business development across the logistics sector. He works closely with clients to understand their operational challenges, identify growth opportunities, and align SVMK’s consultancy solutions to deliver measurable commercial and operational outcomes. His role is central to building long-term client partnerships and supporting sustainable business growth.
Lolita Rose Petalvar- Marketing Specialist
Lolita Rose Petalver is a Marketing Professional with over four years of experience working across multiple industries. She is also an author and the owner of an online publishing and bookstore business, Bookbloom Publishing PH, where she manages end-to-end operations—including client communication, production coordination, and logistics for order fulfillment and shipments.
